People who eat healthy food but never touch water are still not working up to par as the body cannot flush out the waste product produced from food. This can lead to health conditions that could be avoided by just drinking water regularly. Illnesses that are produced from being overweight are a prime examples.
It’s probably safe to say that most of us of aren’t drinking enough water, so here are three easy ways to incorporate more water into any diet regimen:

1. Start Your Day With a Glass of Water

Drink a glass of cool water when you first wake up. It’s a wonderful way to start your day. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. Keeping a glass next to your bed will help you remember.

2. Drink a Glass of Water Before Every Meal

Water naturally needs some space in your stomach, so you will feel fuller and will be less likely to gorge yourself during the meal.

3. Drink Water During Your Meals

Drinking water while you eat will also make you feel fuller faster, so you’ll be less likely to over eat. Instead of gulping it down, take smaller sips after each bite or two.
